The IT HR Summit 2026 was successfully organised on 24th April 2026 as a strategic initiative to strengthen academia–industry collaboration and provide students with meaningful exposure to evolving industry expectations and campus hiring trends. The summit served as a dynamic knowledge-sharing platform where distinguished HR leaders offered practical insights on technical competencies, employability skills, career readiness, and emerging recruitment practices in the IT sector.
The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Amity University Patna, Prof. (Dr.) Vivekanand Pandey graced the occasion and addressed both the HR leaders and students, emphasizing the importance of industry alignment in academic learning. He was joined by Mr. Ashutosh Kumar, Assistant Director, Corporate Resource Centre, Amity University Patna, who also interacted with the participants and highlighted placement preparedness strategies.
The event proved to be a highly enriching experience for approximately 150 aspiring tech students from the ASET and AIIT departments, equipping them with valuable guidance to better align their skill sets with industry requirements and enhance their career preparedness.
